“My empowering morning routine sets me up for success.”

Good morning.

The biggest gift we can give ourself is developing a powerful morning routine of two hours for nourishing our mind and body. It’s the time to prepare yourself and set the tone for a successful day. Sit back and prepare yourself to begin everyday with the right morning habits.

  • I am a wise being.
  • My first thought every morning is of gratitude to God.
  • My second thought is of gratitude to my mind and body.
  • I spend three minutes visualizing a beautiful day.
  • I create my affirmation and visualize it for five minutes.
  • I am a happy being.
  • My body is perfect and healthy.
  • My relationships are beautiful.
  • My life is perfect.
  • I create my affirmation and I visualize my affirmation for the destiny I wish to manifest.
  • I am fresh, cleansed and charged.
  • I meditate for 20 minutes, connect to the supreme power, evoke my original qualities of purity, peace, love.
  • I forgive and release everything that happened yesterday.
  • I prepare myself to meet everyone with a clean attitude today.
  • I study spiritual knowledge or self-transformation books for 30 minutes to nourish myself.
  • I exercise for 30 minutes radiating health and happiness to every cell of my body.
  • I am ready to create a day of my choice.

Repeat this affirmation 3 times to strengthen your inner world before you connect to the outer world through media and social media. You will see the impact it creates on your mood, energy, attitude and efficiency during the day.
