Are you dependent on appreciation?

“I acknowledge appreciation humbly, I don’t consume it.”

March 14, 2019

Good morning,

When people appreciate us for who we are or what we do, what they say about us is not truly only about us. They reflect their quality to be able to see niceness in us. It is their opinion about us. Let us thank them for their gesture but not get carried away or get addicted to appreciation. Sit back and see how you remain stable when you receive appreciation.

  • I am a humble being.
  • I radiate love and care to all.
  • I play my roles and responsibilities sincerely.
  • When people approve of my qualities or my skills, I receive appreciation.
  • I remain stable.
  • I express gratitude to them.
  • I understand it’s their perspective.
  • It’s their niceness to acknowledge my qualities.
  • It’s their kindness to express it in words.
  • They are reflecting their goodness.
  • It’s all about them.
  • I thank God. I thank them for their good wishes.
  • I remain untouched.
  • I remain stable.
  • Their appreciation makes me humble, motivates me to focus more on my qualities and to enhance my capacity.
  • I am who I am.
  • I do what I do, selflessly.
  • I do not need acknowledgement.
  • I do not need appreciation.
  • My stability increases my humility.

Repeat this affirmation 3 times to remain uninfluenced by appreciation. By not taking credit, or not feeling superior, you remain humble. Your humility increases your inner power and you gain the strength to remain stable always.
