Today, I started the 3 week yoga retreat from beachbody on demand. I have worked on this program a lot in the past and now, due to corona, decided to restart this at home workout program. This 3 week retreat (I have never actually made it to the 3rdweek) is where I started my yoga journey. Before these videos, I once attended a class many years ago and was completely lost on what was going on. When I first started this retreat, I don’t even think I got through the first 10 mins of the routine. But I kept at it and kept repeating the same videos over and over again until I learnt how to properly do yoga. It was a great experience and I am very thankful to this program.
Today, I (very) successfully completed week 1’s day 1 video. I have probably done this video over 50 times in the past – but this was the first time ever that I was able to keep up with the routine completely from start to finish. I didn’t get a chance to see significant progress in the past because I wasn’t consistent. The past few months of hot yoga have definitely made me stronger and I am happy that I was able to figure that out today.
