Physical activity: 3 week yoga retreat week 1 day 5 + walking
Food Diary: Lemon water, juice, fried rice with paneer for lunch, grapes (snack), open face portabella mushroom burger for dinner, followed by baked sweet potato for dinner… a perfect way to end the day!
