No dinner as I was not hungry
It was a very low-energy day… I don’t know why but I think it’s because I haven’t been taking my iron supplement since I moved. I am going to make it a point to find my medicines box today so I can restart my iron and will hopefully have a more energetic day today. I napped in the evening as I really needed it and I ended up doing yoga and exercise closer to midnight. I didn’t fall asleep until 3-4 AM so my schedule is quite messed up still… going to slowly try (this week) to bring it to somewhat normal.
