It’s been a couple months now that I’ve been trying to ‘perfect’ my daily routine checklist – one that I hope will bring me more happiness than not following a routine at all. I believe living intentionally is one way to be happier. This is the latest, most easiest to follow version.
- Meditation (30 mins)
- Gurbani (2-2.5 hours)
- Gratitude Journal (15 mins)
- Cook and/or prepare my meals, eat healthy. homemade and mindfully, drink lots of water (2-2.5 hours)
- Clean and organize (30 mins)
- 30 minute walk (30 mins)
- 30 minute yoga (30 mins)
- 30 minute exercise (30 mins)
- Work/business (6-7 hrs)
- Self-care (1 hr)
- Blog/ daily reflections (30 mins)
- Sleep (8 hrs)
