It feels like forever since I checked in here. Every time a new week or new month hits, I regain a bit of motivation.
Recently, it hasn’t been that I am not motivated. In fact, I managed a lot of productivity. It’s just that I’ve also been binge-watching TV and that always makes me feel unproductive especially since it takes away time for more important and happiness giving things. Watching TV shows is nice too but it’s not a truly energizing and feel good about yourself kind of activity especially binge-watching.
That’s why yesterday I decided that for the last 30 days of my challenge (and for the last 30 days of my life as 26 years old) I will cut out tv to re-focus on my goals and happiness.
