Overview of the past 3 days:
17: Work, work, work
18: My sisters bday, so I gave myself a bit of a much needed break from work. I cooked, and I baked – 2 things that actually make me very happy and spent some time with my family 🙂 I made some very delicious green pepper and paneer wraps and a cheesecake. I had my family over so we ate and celebrated together. It was in the end, a good day (didn’t have the best start – just woke up feeling very negative – i guess it happens sometimes). I ended the day riding my bicycle with my sister and it was the most fun I’ve had for a while!! Definitely a note to self: ride your bike more often. It feels so relaxing and amazing.
19: Today was somewhat of a hectic day at work. I still have the rest of the evening to make some time for my self. I might workout or ride my bicycle later.
So last weekend, I was deciding on doing a juice diet as when I am feeling completely miserable – sometimes that’s the best solution I can think of. It helps to refresh myself internally especially if I have been emotional eating – which I have. So since yesterday concluded all the birthdays and celebrations… just remembered that fathers day is Sunday and my mom said she was going to make pizza!! Ah, well anyways, after fathers day this Sunday, there won’t be anything happening until my wedding anniversary on July 10th – so I am going to take some time to cleanse myself physically with a juice diet and I will also try to find ways to cleanse mentally, emotionally and spiritually as well. More to be shared later.
