After a good start to the week, I ended up not being able to keep up with it. I had an overall bad day on day 23 even though it started off well. I was basically the worst possible version of myself that day by the end of the day. It ended up taking me off track of my schedule and routine. The rest of the days were pretty much work focussed once again. I want to refresh over the weekend (mostly on Sunday as I still have a lot of work to catch up on for tomorrow)
