Monday & Tuesday
Yesterday was a good day. I ate mostly healthy. I fit in a mini workout (back and biceps) and I fit in a very short bicycle ride. Overall good day.
Today was good also. I did make the decision today to go on a cleansing diet. Today was all fruits and vegetables to prepare for the days ahead. I will most likely start tomorrow (or Thursday). I have kept waiting for the timing to be right and kept postponing doing this but I feel like I really need to do it to refresh myself from inside and out. Will share a full record of the experience here.
