Day 3 of 3 day juice cleanse.
Started off with my typical morning fresh juice. It tasted extra delicious today: 2 cara cara oranges, 1 beet and 1 carrot.
2nd juice: 1/2 apple, 1/2 pear, 1 cup pineapple, kale, spinach, celery
3rd food: 1-1.5 cups of cherries (so delicious!)
4th food: a banana
I ended up eating fruit today as a part of a modified cleanse because it’s hard to work and cleanse at the same time and I felt that I needed to be at work today. Also since I had already broken the fast yesterday I didn’t see the point in trying to rearrange my entire schedule for today just to consume fresh juice only since I mentally already prepared myself for switching to a different kind of cleanse.
I will still focus on a modified juice diet. I will include fresh fruits and vegetables. I will add in nuts, seeds and some dried fruits like raisins over the next couple days. I will also add in lentils and beans. And then I will add in dairy. I will add in each thing one at a time to notice how it makes me feel internally and energy wise.
