Relaxing Saturday

Day 103/ 365

  • Wake up early 6:40 AM
  • Meditation I took many moments throughout the day today to meditate. Life is feeling so much better ever since I’ve started being more mindful.

  • Gurbani nitnem and rehras sahib + kirtan throughout the day
  • Gratitude Today, I am feeling most grateful for my family and especially my mom who’s always loved me unconditionally.
  • Today’s Food Intake (all healthy and homemade!)
    • Banana
    • 2 Nuggets (they were leftover from yesterday)
    • 2 of my moms ‘green roti’ with yogurt and makhan
    • Watermelon
    • Mom’s yellow rice filled with vegetables with yogurt and chopped red onions
  • Organization I organized a few things around my house today
  • Walk Took Mayhem on a long morning walk. It was relaxing, as always. Enjoyed the weather and the breeze.
  • Yoga A great morning hot yoga session
  • Exercise No exercise today
  • Work No work today
  • Self-care & relaxation My entire day was filled with relaxation today. I took out a lot of time to sit with my thoughts. I had a long relaxing shower. I took a steam.
  • Family Today was a family evening. My sister and I are staying over at our moms house for a sleepover.
  • Blog 🙂
  • Sleep Tired now
  • Positivity & Productivity
  • Life lesson from today: Don’t place expectations on other people. It’s not fair. We don’t know what another person is going through mentally, physically, emotionally. Placing expectations puts unnecessary pressure on a person who is already going through a lot.
