How to let go of past pains

Day 109/365

  • Wake up early 7:15 AM
  • Meditation
  • Thinkright.me “I bless every person, situation, task, entity, and nature. Blessing the world comes easily to me.”; Blessings are high-energy vibrations, which promote the creation of a beautiful world for us and others. Shift your vocabulary towards blessings. Bless each scene with the reality that you desire. Receiving powerful vibrations daily will make a positive and powerful impact.

  • Lessons learned IF you search and want something enough, you’ll figure out a way. I was able to answer my own question today about how to let go of past pains. The answer that I found? It’s okay what happened. It’s not worth dwelling on it. It’s better to continue the rest of my life with positivity. Just close the chapter thats filled with painful and negative thoughts. memories and emotions, etc. and make room for a new chapter and a new beginning. But if you don’t let go of the pain and anger and resentment than you are the only one holding yourself back from a better future. Today, I was truly able to make room for forgiveness. It’s almost like a miracle but it happened. It was kind of like an epiphany and I am so grateful for today. It is by far, the best day of my life. I have been stuck with things for YEARS and today God helped me find a way and I am so free and so happy. Another answer (this was something I read today): Let it go because you love God. Do it because He asked you to. Thank you God for helping and freeing me. I am now ready for the next chapter of my life!
