Today’s day was filled with sadness and that’s okay

Day 115/ 365

  • Wake up early 7:15 AM
  • Meditation

Feed your mind the positive energy to nourish you through the day. Utilize the time of the day to nurture the positive mind, eat well, rest well and allow your mind to create magic.

  • Gratitude Today, I am the most grateful for the sunshine I got to enjoy today đŸ™‚
  • Today’s Food Intake
    • Lemon water
    • fresh juice
    • walnuts
    • pasta, lettuce, garlic bread
    • grapes
    • strawberries and blueberries
    • daal, chatni, roti and salad
  • Organization
  • Walk Enjoyed a nice peaceful morning walk with Mayhem today.
  • Yoga Had another great yoga session today

  • Positivity & Productivity The day was productive. I keep trying to keep myself positive, but somehow thoughts and feelings that are most likely negative (I guess I haven’t thought about this enough to really understand), do creep up. I guess I will monitor positivity with my tears. If I spent some time crying especially multiple times through the day – then that means the day was not positive. Will try harder tomorrow. And will try to further analyze my feelings to fix what hurts.
  • Lessons learned/Thoughts of the day
    • I guess I don’t really have much positive to say today as my mind was focusing on some negatives instead. I do have a post coming up on ‘If it was my last day’ – where I will write about how I would spend my last day on earth (if I knew in advance that it was my last day to live)
