Day 149 & 150/ 365
So I didn’t get a chance to check in here yesterday. I worked a lot but didnt manage to do yoga, exercise or walk Mayhem. Highlight of the day: went with my husband to Za Cafe Pizzeria to grab some delicious pizza. We ate in the car and it was super delicious 🙂
Today, was also a long work day. But I made up for the lack of yoga, exercise and walk from yesterday by managing to fit in a bit of everything today. I also accomplished my goal of 10K+ steps today.
Emotions and positivity wise – these past 2 days have been a bit tough. There is just a lot going on with work right now which always tends to affect my personal life in a negative way. I went for a chiro adjustment today to get some help with regaining my energy. Just going to take it day by day and try my best with everything until things with work settle down a bit.

Hi Kimi – nice video! I was like that at first with putting yoga off for later. But learning it and starting to practice it daily was the best decision of my life. I highly recommend. If you need any help on how to get started with it, feel free to send me a message.
