Day 161/ 365
So I didn’t check in for the past 4 days. It’s been a fairly even split between good and bad days. To be honest when I am not feeling positive (and my best self), I really don’t want to blog on a public platform because I’m here to share and spread positive energy. That’s something which makes me feel good and gives me joy. I strongly believe that positivity should be shared and negativity should not. I have thought deep about this but basically spreading positivity will come back to you 10 fold (my belief) and if this is true, the same can be said about negativity. I don’t see any purpose to spread negativity. It won’t make me any more well off (I can find other ways to deal with my emotions like writing in my notes app and not sharing on my blog) and neither will it help anyone reading my blog – so I don’t see the point. If anyone disagrees, feel free to comment below 🙂
Anyways, I am happy how my weekend has ended off. I did end up working a lot this weekend so might plan for a shorter day tomorrow and enjoy the weather. The weather in Brampton has been so super awesome these past couple days!! I have been enjoying the sun and warm temperatures. It seems like a goodbye gift from 2020 (I guess to make up for the rest of the year!).
I wore my summer jumpsuit today which was a new, different and interesting experience. It gives me satisfaction when I do things I’ve never done before or try new things or do something different, interesting, exciting. It just brings some fun into life when things are different from what’s normal, And today it felt nice to rock a summer outfit (and sandals) in November (without freezing!). It’s these little things that make life so fun and exciting. I’ve been talking a lot about going to the beach this past weekend but then I ended up having to work so couldn’t go but I would love to be able to say that I went to a beach in Canada in November. I really want to experience what that feels like so since my husband gave me permission to take a day off tomorrow (love him so much!) or start late – I think I am going to take him up on his offer and head to the beach tomorrow morning just so I can have another new exciting experience. Life’s too short not to make the most of the opportunities that come our way 😀 After all, it’s not everyday we see 22 degrees celsius weather in November. And due to covid who knows when I’ll next find myself sitting at a beach enjoying the waves of an ocean. Ah, it’s late. Let’s see what happens tomorrow (actually, later this morning).
Thanks for reading!
