I think this is a very important question to ask oneself. I use my iPhones note app every single day. I just like to write things down through the day – it really eases my mind and I have a terrible memory so anything that I want to be able to remember for later, goes in my notes. Yesterday, I happened to have a very happy and beautiful day filled with sunshine. I made notes on what I did and I’m going to share (And store) the note here. I like to do this for myself because I really need it as a reminder on the days that I am not doing so good so I can come back and refer to what worked in the past.
