What I need in life to be happy

I think this is a very important question to ask oneself. I use my iPhones note app every single day. I just like to write things down through the day – it really eases my mind and I have a terrible memory so anything that I want to be able to remember for later, goes in my notes. Yesterday, I happened to have a very happy and beautiful day filled with sunshine. I made notes on what I did and I’m going to share (And store) the note here. I like to do this for myself because I really need it as a reminder on the days that I am not doing so good so I can come back and refer to what worked in the past.

What do you need in life to be happy

  • A healthy body
  • A healthy soul
  • The sun
  • Time to do what your heart wants
  • Wake up
  • Meditate 
  • Nitnem 
  • Yoga
  • Workout
  • Walk Mayhem
  • Take a steam followed with a cold shower 
  • Kirtan in the background during the day
  • Cook and Prepare food 
  • More time to relax
  • Sitting in the sun while eating ice cream
  • Time to talk to your family 
  • Cuddles with my husband
  • Time with my thoughts
