I’ve had a great start to the new year. It’s been a very relaxing long weekend for me. I took a break from work to really get refreshed before I dive right back into work tomorrow morning. It’s been a fun and well-deserved break. I spent a lot of time with family. I spent a lot of time by myself mentally preparing myself for the year ahead. I relaxed. I had a chance to connect with gurbani and spent many hours listening to kirtan and doing paath. I started a 30 day yoga journey with Yoga With Adriene and so many others in the world. It’s been exciting! I found my fitbit and met my goal of atleast 10K steps today (at 11,638 right now). I had a chance to plan out my goals for the rest of the year. I’ve stayed happy and positive. It’s been awesome so I just wanted to check in here! I will be focusing a lot more on my blog this year which I am very much looking forward to.
