Day 46/ 730

Yesterday was a normal working day, as are most of my weekdays. Wake up. Prepare and pack breakfasts and lunch. Get dressed. Head to work. Come home. Practice yoga. Go for a walk. Relax and have dinner. Blog or watch tv before bed. I just passed 1.5 months of my 24 month challenge. I am very happy with where I am. I’ve become physically, emotionally and mentally healthier than I was before. These are all huge improvements. And for the first time in my life, I feel committed and focussed. I’m just going to keep on going. With my basics. Daily yoga. Daily walk and aiming for 10K steps/day. Weekly hikes. Monday-Friday – full day working. Saturday’s half day working. This is the routine I’ve built over the past month and a half. And it has improved my health. In the past, I’ve found it so difficult to restart a routine after something gets in the way. So, this time, just sticking to my basics everyday has been helpful so I’m going to keep on going. I remember even promising to myself (everytime I was feeling down in the past), that the next time I am doing well in my life, I’m not going to stop doing what I’m doing. So for this 730 Day Challenge, I plan to honour this commitment. And this blog (and my instagram @breathelovenourish where I most my daily yoga flow time-lapses) is my accountability tool. For which I am so grateful! As I mentioned in my last post – there is so much more I wish to add to my life. Some of the things I want to do only take a couple of minutes each. It’s all about mindset and goals. So starting Monday – I want to dive right in to my list of daily to do’s.

Daily To Do’s List
