Asleep: did not wear my fitbit so not tracked but probably between 11-12 PM

Awake: 7:30 AM

Prayers: Listened to my morning and evening prayers.

Supplements: Missed my mid-day supplements…

Morning & Evening Skincare: Morning done. 

Diet: 

  • Morning juice
  • Cherries
  • Blueberries and almonds
  • Lunch: Roti and zucchini sabzi with homemade yogurt
  • Apple
  • Banana soy milkshake

Work: 9:30-6 PM 

Yoga: Day 23 I am secure

Walk: Did not go for a walk yet…

Additional self-care: I went for a 1 hour massage. Really needed it after the past 2 way more than usual stressful days.
